Communication and Conflict Resolution Skills for the Workplace

The Dispute Resolution Center of Yakima and Kittitas Counties is offering a 1.5-day Communication and Conflict Resolution Skills for the Workplace training Thursday and Friday November 5-6, 2020. Trainees will receive 12 hours of instruction in communication and conflict resolution skills to address workplace problems and disputes, including hands-on experience in communication, negotiation, and listening tools. The skills learned in this training will be useful in all settings where people interact with one another, such as between co-workers, with customers, between human resource staff or supervisors and employees, and in personal relationships, as well. Participants will leave with concrete methods of addressing the conflict in their workplaces and in their lives. The cost of this training is $200 per person or $175 per person for groups of three or more. Pre-registration required.
