Strengthen communication Navigate difficult conversations with confidence Facilitate collaborative problem-solving and equitable solutions Apply restorative practices that build trust and accountability Training Format: This fall's training is offered in a hybrid format. Each week\, participants will engage in 5-6 hours of online learning\, asynchronously\, at times that work best for them. On Fridays we will come together in person to dig deeper into the weekly learning through skill-refining practice and discussion. Online classroom opens: October 8\, 2026 In-person dates (all sessions are required): Fridays October 16\, October 23\, October 30\, and November 6 from 12:00pm 4:30pm
