Event Description:

Mediation is an effective way to resolve disputes effectively, confidentially, and out of court. In this professional 40-hour training presented by our highly skilled training team, you will learn and practice the skills required to become a neutral facilitative mediator in any setting.

Conflict is normal and inevitable - whether in the home, school, community, workplace, or place of worship. Leaders in all walks of life have a responsibility to help others work through their conflicts.

With additional training, mediator certification is available through the DRC.

$500 class fee.
Some scholarships are available for English/Spanish bilingual students who commit to volunteering at the DRC. Please contact the office for detailed information.
