Event Description:
Adult Gap2Gap is a relay race that consists of solo or teams of 2-5.

Trail Run: (3 miles) From Sarg Hubbard Park course will wind through the natural area east of park, onto Terrace Heights Bridge east, cross the river and return south on levy, exit the levy to the river side and wind through island near Sportsman Park, exit island and enter park to exchange. Course presents a variety of running conditions from flat asphalt to steep climb and descent on loose gravel, levy tops, single track through wooded areas and grass.
Road Bike: (18 miles) Exit right from Sportsman Park and continue east turning left on Birchfield Road, past Moxee, winding back to Roza Hill Drive, then north on 57th Street just past Sycamore Drive to the exchange. Course has a start elevation of 1020 feet, with a maximum elevation of 1478, with a total gain of 1018 feet.
Off-Road Bike: (8 miles) From exchange at 57th and Sycamore Drive, the course includes gravel roads, single track and limited asphalt as it crosses I-84 on Resthaven Road, ending at Harlan Landing. Course has a start elevation of 1418 feet with a maximum elevation of 1467 for a gain of 342 feet, ending at 917 feet.
Water course: (3 miles) From Harlan Landing, course goes down river to the Terrace Heights Bridge to the take out under the bridge on the right side of the river.
Run Course: (3.2 miles) South on the Greenway Pathway to Sherman Park, then through Sherman Park, the Arboretum and back to the Greenway pathway north for the finish line at Sarg Hubbard Park.
