Instructor: T.A. Harris Registration Closes July 6th A two day hands on workshop outlining and working with a variety of materials and surfaces to create unique artworks. Participants will work with pastels, water media (watercolor & acrylic), color pencils, graphite, wax and alkyd/oil paint. Paper, canvas, and panel materials will be covered. T.A. Harris moved to Yakima six years ago from Seattle in pursuit of sun and less traffic. He has an MFA in photography, however began his career as a painter, which he continues to follow and is devoted to full time. He has taken numerous awards for both photography and painting. He taught at the Art Institute of Seattle for 25 years and has taught workshops in painting and photography in his studio. Workshop is from 9am to 4pm in the Larson Gallery with a lunch break.
