A message from your local library:

To all members of the Yakima Chamber of Commerce,

I am writing to let you know that Yakima Valley Libraries will have a customer satisfaction survey available at https://www.yvl.org/2020survey/ until October 24th. We need to hear from as many people as possible – whether you use the library or not. 

Things have changed since COVID-19. YVL needs your help developing library service solutions to community identified problems like unemployment, gaps in broadband availability, language barriers, and support for school curricula goals. This is a chance for you, for teachers, parents, business owners, working people and people out looking for a job to influence the kind and quality of library services available in the Yakima Valley. You can also win 1 of 3 tablets as a thank you for your participation.
