A boutique gym that supplies dynamic training programs for every client that joins. Your program is updated every 6 weeks by a trainer for no additional cost. You are guided through a exercise routine and supplied with a booklet that includes pictures of your exercises. No other facility in town provides this type of service for it's gym members. We also offer affordable, highly effective personal training sessions and small group exercise classes. We have 8 Trx stations in our class studio as well. Our approach is unique yet based on solid exercise science research. All exercise programs need to include components of weight training, cardio intervals, flexibility training, balance work, core training, anaerobic training and power. We tailor our approach to all age groups and all exercise levels. We train young athletes of all sports as well as the aging population for strength and fall prevention.
