Description

Drug and Alcohol Training
Presented by Connie Heater, The Healthy Worker

The course includes interactive methods that focus on documentation and observation. (Try on real life “beer goggles” to better understand the effects of alcohol on workers.) Learn what “inconsistent with human urine” really means, and how to make reasonable suspicion determination. Hear the newest statistics about drug use in our nation, and find out what’s new on the streets. Learn what to include in your company drug policy, and how to recognize behaviors that may indicate abuse. This training course meets and exceeds Department of Transportation requirements for drug and alcohol training as outlined in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulation 49 CFR 382.603.
