Please join us in welcoming Fred Bruning, CEO of CenterCal Properties, Chris Waddle, Lead Developer/ Owner of Hogback Development, and Andrew Holt of the Downtown Association. 
Mr. Bruning has had an impressive career spanning 40 plus years in the retail and development arena.
Mr. Waddle of Hogback Development has helped transform empty and almost forgotten spaces into vibrant plazas. Mr. Holt is the Executive Director of the Downtown Association. DAY is a private, nonprofit organization committed to the preservation, development, marketing and promotion of Downtown Yakima through focused efforts to build and maintain public and private partnerships that will foster financial and creative investments in our future while embracing and celebrating our history.
