This workshop breaks it down into items you must keep and items that should never house in an HR file. Should you really keep the resume an employee submitted 22 years ago? What about a staff member’s employee benefit designations from six years ago? Compensation records? Should medical records be included? We'll discuss the latest technologies to store and categorize all these materials. Bring your personnel file questions and prepare to leave with a plan for keeping what you need and tossing what you don’t.
