Nancy Leahy, a Purdue graduate in Speech and Hearing Pathology, has led in education, media, and nonprofits. She has served as the Station Manager of KYVE TV, Executive Director of Make-A-Wish Foundation International, and Director of Development for the Grand Columbia Council, Boy Scouts of America. A 25-year Rotary member, Nancy is active in various community boards in Yakima, Washington.
Named after Yakima Philanthropist Ted Robertson, the Ted Robertson Community Service Award was established in 1989 by the Greater Yakima Chamber of Commerce to honor individuals that have made significant contributions to the betterment of the greater Yakima area.
