Each session features a brief presentation by a guest speaker on topics ranging from government updates and non-profit initiatives to community projects, business trends, and local concerns.
In this session we welcome the Central Washington Agricultural Museum, the largest agricultural museum in the Pacific Northwest and a treasured community asset in Union Gap. During this morning discussion, museum representatives will share how they preserve Central Washington’s rich agricultural history while promoting education, tourism, and volunteerism, and how sponsoring or volunteering helps sustain hands-on educational programs for hundreds of students each year, preserve historically significant equipment and structures, and host events that bring families, visitors, and businesses together. Volunteers play a vital role in restoration projects, tours, educational programs, and special events. By getting involved, you help keep our region’s agricultural heritage alive for future generations while strengthening community pride.
