π Lemonade Day 2025 – It’s Going to be a Sweet Success! π
Get ready, Yakima Valley – Lemonade Day is back and sweeter than ever! On Saturday, June 28th, kids all over the valley will be setting up their lemonade stands, learning the ropes of entrepreneurship while making some refreshing, sweet lemonade!
Lemonade Day is a free and fun program that teaches kids how to start, own, and run their very own business—a lemonade stand!
Ready to give your kiddos a sweet experience while teaching them valuable lessons in financial literacy and business?
Here’s how it works:
You and your young entrepreneur (Learner) will choose how to access the Lemonade Day curriculum—either through the My Lemonade Day App or a physical workbook. Both offer the same fun, step-by-step lessons, just in different formats to fit your style.
π Step 1: Register as a Mentor
Head to the Lemonade Day Yakima County website and select either:
Returning participants can click "Register" and a pop-up will allow you to sign in to your existing account. Once registered, you’ll be able to get started in the app or pick up your workbook from the Chamber office.
π Step 2: Start the Program
Your Learner will explore four engaging modules:
π Want to compete in our contests?
To be eligible for our awards—Best Lemonade, Best Stand, Best Customer Service, and the top honor, Youth Entrepreneur of the Year—Learners must complete at least 80% of their app or workbook and submit their business results.
On Lemonade Day, our team will travel across the Yakima Valley visiting stands to celebrate, support, and score our amazing entrepreneurs!
π Whether you're a first-time family or a returning team, Lemonade Day is a refreshing way to grow young minds, build confidence, and foster lifelong skills.
