Description

No matter the end product — logistics, production and manufacturing play a key role in Washington work. Yet, technological advancements, growing demand, and retirement of skilled tradespeople is making it harder than ever to build and maintain a skilled workforce. How is your organization capturing the knowledge of soon-to-retire tradespeople? How are you replacing tenured supervisors who have worked their way up from entry level? How will you pass knowledge and work ethic on to the next generation? Learn about AJAC’s innovative signature trainings that can help companies large and small retain and develop employees at no cost. Whether you make airplane parts, fabricate with metal, process juice or beef, you will take something away from this fun, interactive workshop.
