This seminar will give you insights in to the different generations, why they think like they do, what motivates them and how to spot potential generational conflicts. You’ll laugh. You’ll cry. You’ll be glad you’re not a Millennial! After 29 years with Employment Security, Carol Cauthron hasn’t seen or heard it all! She reads, she listens and is a life-long learner continually fascinated by human behavior.
